CLTA-SC
In 2025, Mandarin Moments became the student showcase partner of the Chinese Language Teachers' Association of Southern California (CLTA-SC).
CLTA-SC is a non-profit organization that brings together educators, students, and professionals to support and strengthen Chinese language and culture education across Southern California. Through workshops, networking opportunities, and shared resources, the organization fosters a vibrant community.
Partnering with this organization brings exciting opportunities for Mandarin Moments, such as participating in workshops, attending events, promoting the magazine, and more.
Sierra Madre Rotary Club
In 2025, Mandarin Moments was been awarded a $1,000 Mini Grant from the Sierra Madre Rotary Club to support the publication of our online magazine and website development.
The Sierra Madre Rotary Club raises funds each year to support local community programs and service projects through its Mini Grant Program. The Mini Grant Committee invites individuals and organizations to apply for up to $1,000 in funding for projects that make a positive impact on the Sierra Madre community.
Thanks to this generous support, Mandarin Moments has been able to continue growing and officially transition into a nonprofit organization.
UCA Community Foundation
In April 2025, Mandarin Moments proudly announced our new partnership with the United Chinese Americans Community Foundation (UCACF), through which we have been honored to receive a grant in support of our ongoing initiatives.
The UCACF provides microgrants of seed money to startup charitable projects sponsored by local Chinese American community organizations.
Together, we aim to cultivate meaningful opportunities, strengthen community connections, and create a lasting, positive impact. We look forward to the journey ahead and the accomplishments we will achieve together.
