Jingshuang Liu 刘静爽

刘静爽是帕萨迪纳联合学区下属塞拉马德中学的一名双语沉浸式教育工作者，同时也是一位资深的项目建设者，致力于推动高质量的中文教学与跨校专业合作。她创立并领导以学生为中心的项目 Mandarin Moments，积极拓展社区合作关系，并推动不同年级间课程与语言水平的衔接。
作为 Mandarin Future Foundation（汉语未来基金会） 的主席，她致力于为学生建立可持续的学习路径与以社区为基础的实践机会，培养具有双语领导力的新一代。她专注于提升教师声音、强化中文学习体系、并确保每一位学生都能公平地获得语言学习机会，是基金会使命的核心推动力量。

Jingshuang Liu is a Mandarin Dual Immersion educator at Sierra Madre Middle School in Pasadena Unified School District and an experienced program builder who advances high-quality Mandarin instruction and professional collaboration across schools. She leads student-centered initiatives such as Mandarin Moments, expands community partnerships, and supports curriculum and proficiency alignment across grade levels.
As President of the Mandarin Future Foundation, she builds sustainable pathways and community-based opportunities that promote bilingual leadership for students. Her commitment to elevating teacher voice, strengthening Mandarin pathways, and ensuring equitable access to language learning makes her a driving force behind the Foundation’s mission.
