Jingshuang Liu 刘静爽

刘静爽是一位双语教育实践者与项目建设者，长期致力于推动高质量中文教育的发展，并通过跨项目、跨社区的合作，拓展学生真实而可持续的语言学习路径。

她创立并领导以学生为中心的项目 《汉语时光》（Mandarin Moments），通过真实受众、公共表达与社区参与，引导学生在课堂之外使用中文，发展双语能力、文化理解与青年领导力。该项目已成为连接学生、教师与社区的重要实践平台。

她同时担任 南加州中文教师协会董事会成员，积极参与区域层面的专业协作与中文教育生态建设，促进教师之间的交流与资源共享。

作为 汉语未来基金会（Mandarin Future Foundation）主席，她致力于搭建以学生为核心、以社区为依托的学习与实践体系，支持中文学习的长期发展，并通过项目化与真实世界连接，为学生创造持续而有意义的双语学习机会。

Jingshuang Liu is a bilingual education practitioner and program builder dedicated to advancing high-quality Mandarin education and expanding sustainable, community-connected language learning pathways for students.

She founded and leads Mandarin Moments, a student-centered initiative that engages learners in authentic Mandarin use through public expression, community participation, and real-world communication beyond the classroom. The project serves as a platform connecting students, educators, and communities while fostering bilingual competence, cultural understanding, and youth leadership.

She also serves as a Board Member of the Chinese Language Teachers Association of Southern California, contributing to regional professional collaboration and the growth of Mandarin education across Southern California.

As President of the Mandarin Future Foundation, she focuses on building student-centered, community-based learning systems that support long-term Mandarin development and create meaningful, real-world opportunities for bilingual growth.
